Davisons Financial Planning is the Independent Financial Advisory arm of the Davisons group of companies, which includes Davisons Chartered Accountants and W D Farm Consultants. Not only is the advice “Independent” we are also “Fee Based” for Investment and Pension/Retirement Planning work. This means you are being dealt with by a professional advisory practice whose advice is impartial and unbiased, based solely on your particular circumstances with the cost for our advice being directly related to the work we undertake for you.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
For mortgages we charge a fee of 0.4% of the loan advance subject to a minimum charge of £350. The minimum fee is also due where proposed transactions are cancelled after application. Alternatively we can be paid by an hourly rate as detailed on the fee based service page.
